solo + bounce through the master output
or
send it to an aux and record the aux to another track.

solo the tracks i want, hit bounce?
what if i want all tracks printed with fx and automation?
1. Assign the outputs of the tracks you wanted to bounce to buses.
2. Assign the inputs of the audio tracks you wish to record onto to the same buses.
3. Arm the tracks and hit record.

so if there are 16 tracks, assign them to 16 difft busses, and have 16 audio tracks with those 16 busses as inputs?

wait, it seems like all you want to do is export the audio with all the stuff that you did to it. Basically print that one track. In Logic 8, if you just select the track in the arrange page and go to CMD-E (I dont remember the exact menu command cuz im not at my machine right now) it will bounce that track with everything on it. Basically it takes whatever it is sending to the master mixer. I dont know if this includes the sends tho, just any FX directly on the track and automation. This will create a new audio file and add it to the bin. You can then drop it wherever you need.
You may have to create an arrange track for the your busses and then do the same thing above to print the busses.
hope that helps.

I haven't used Logic in a minute, but I'm pretty sure you can choose "export all tracks as audio files" and it will print each track to its own file with all FX and automation....
edit: Yup, just checked... File -> Export -> Track as audio file OR All tracks as audio files.

Except it will not include volume or pan automation.
